THE TREE LOSS IS LIKELY TO BE SIGNIFICANT

The Tree Retention Policy that was in the original LHS never made it into the revised LHS or the Residential Development Local Planning Policy.  That means developers can remove all of the existing trees on sites and that is what they are mostly doing.

We have asked whether an assessment was made of the likely tree loss in the HOAs and the answer is no.
