Our suburbs are changing and we don't think it's in the best interests of the local community to allow the current loose development rules to govern what happens in our suburbs. We want protection of our investments and vibrant, mixed communities that have access to good amenities for residents.
We need your support!
If we do nothing, the developers will get what they want: maximum bedrooms in minimum space. They aren't going to be living anywhere near them, they just want a quick buck. Was that why you decided to live in your suburb?
Planners and the City of Joondalup don't really understand local communities. Make your voice heard and let's take back control of our suburbs.
