If you live in a Housing Opportunity Area, this is what you have to look forward to.
What a waste, and where will it go? This used to be two houses, dillapated for sure, but still habitable, and definitely able to be renovated. But now the land is R40, it makes more 'sense' to knock them down. No attempt has been made to salvage jarrah roof timbers or roof tiles. It's all destined for landfill.
Let's hope the replacements fit in with the suburb as the City promised they would.
